Discover the beauty of Italy on this full-day shore excursion from Messina. Our tour starts with a scenic ride through the village of Zafferana Etnea, with stunning views of Mount Etna and the Sicilian coastline. We then journey to Sapienza, where you may observe climbers who have come to attempt to conquer Mount Etna. We visit Silvestre and witness the dramatic lunar-like landscape of two inactive craters formed during the 1892 eruption. Be sure to take photos, before we make our way back down to the picturesque village of Taormina. Explore the villages many wonders including a 3rd-century Greek theater and Corso Umberto.
