Your shore tour departs from your ship at the port of Cobh/Cork first heading for Blarney Castle where you will have up to 2 hours free time to Kiss the legendary Blarney stone, explore the amazing gardens, take in some shopping at the famous Blarney Woollen Mills.or simply indulge in the atmosphere in the village of Blarney enjoying some local homemade scones with coffee. After our visit to Blarney we will enjoy a panoramic driving tour through Cork city centre taking in famous landmarks such as The Shandon Bells and The English Market and learning all about the fearsome Vikings and Anglo Normans in Cork. You’ll visit authentic medieval walled town of Conwy with its 14th century castle and quirky mix of shops and cafes plus stops in the alpine style village of Betws y Coed (the Prayer House in the Woods) and views galore in Snowdonia (now called Eryri) National Park with a final stop (time permitting) in the village with the longest railway station name in the world Llanfairpwll! Your tour starts with you being met either off the free shuttle from your ship to the main railway terminus in Holyhead or off the tender into Holyhead Marina.
