See the famous Salt Pans of Trapani a natural reserve and cultural landscape on Sicily's west coast, known for centuries of sea salt harvesting. Explore the rectangular salt basins and windmills, and keep an eye out for the local birds.

Naples – Amalfi Coast – Sorrento and Amalfi 11th July
