Group Riga Shore Excursion 30th July

Take a walking tour of Riga on this shore excursion. See Riga's old town and its 13th century cathedral, its knight's castle turned presidential palace and the Latvian Parliament building. We explore several medieval churches, including St Peter’s Church with its viewing platform on top of the tallest spire in the city. In one of the city corners you’ll discover the powder tower and part of the medieval town wall, as well as the Blackhead Guild house. We then walk the crooked streets of old Riga to the Freedom Monument, and see the moat and park belt of Old Town. Explore the stupendous Art Nouveau buildings, before taking some free time to wander the city at your own pace.

This is a Half Day Tour.

Includes commentary, photo stops, and time for refreshments. Food, Drink and Gratuities not included.
