Numerous geysers and blowholes surround the arch as waves continually break against the coastal rocks.

Drive through a few quaint villages and then visit Dow's Hill Interpretation Centre (if open), where you’ll learn about Antiguan culture and Heritage. Discover the ruins at Shirley Heights, an 18th Century English Guard Post. This site offers a spectacular view of English Harbor. On a clear day, some of the neighboring islands can be seen from this vantage point. From Shirley Heights, drive through the lush tropical areas on the southern side of the island, getting a firsthand view of the Antigua Black Pineapple (dubbed the sweetest pineapple in the world). To tantalize your taste buds, sample this delectable mouthwatering pineapple, mango (if in season), or sugar cane, as well as a sample of freshly made rum punch or fruit punch (rum punch is made with Antigua's very own Cavalier Rum).
