Giske Church: Norway's sole white marble church (c.1130, Romanesque), a Giske family chapel. Seats 125 in rectangular nave; features 18thC carvings by Jakob Sørensøn Giskegaard, "kissing crosses." Restored post-Reformation; evokes Norman style amid serenity. Summer tours. Alnes Lighthouse: Godøy's NW coast, 1876 stone tower (26m tall), beam reaches 20 nautical miles thru stormy seas.
